GJ Property Services INC., Founded in 1976 by Gene Johnson, maintains its corporate offices continuously in Long Beach, CA. Our company has grown from 2 employees and 12 accounts in 1976 to 45 employees, 30 vendors and over 50 ongoing projects to date.

GJ Property Services eared the distinction of being the first company awarded in the Long beach area awarded with the Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR®)
Companies with the (AMO®) designation have met the most stringent requirements in the areas of education, experience, integrity and fiscal stability in addition to abiding by a formal code of ethics , which further assures quality management of the highest standards. We have multiple Certified Property Managers (CPM’s®) and Accredited Commercial Managers (ACOM’s®) on staff and GJ Property Services requires all project managers and supervisors to pursue advanced education towards the (CPM®) certification. This highly regarded must be earned by all of our upper level management.
